 thanks a ton, yahoo! mail. 

i highly doubt my email was actually hacked, as i don't use it for anything other than getting notifications from sites (i almost never send mail), so it was probably a virus. according to yahoo, i sent out a few spam messages yesterday afternoon... to random email addresses that don't even look legitimate. woohoo, your account is suspended, and all that. 

the one day that i actually need to send something. oh, joy.

I'd love to beta read your fic! Just send me the file once you're finished. Is this going to be for Wave One? Because, in that case, remember that drafts are due May 10 (take your time, though, because I won't need more than a couple of days to beta it).

Yup, it's Wave One. I'm actually pretty close to finished -- just a couple more scenes to go (though one of them will undoubtedly take me FOREVER) -- but even if I don't quite finish, it already has a complete story arc and an ending, so it should be okay to turn in as a draft. I think.

Do you have an alternate email I can use, in case your yahoo one is still wonky? Or, I guess we could wait and see if recovers by the time I need it.

yeah, when you send the draft, you might also want to send it to maggiejl11@yahoo.com (another yahoo, great!). just to err on the side of caution, and all that. hopefully i won't have any more trouble, though.
